We want you to feel absolutely unstoppable in your LeanQueenLifestyle gear. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility & Hygiene Rules
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Because our apparel is designed for high-performance training, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Items showing signs of sweat, gym chalk, or perfume scents will be refused.
Garment Care During Try-Ons:
Our form-fitting apparel is sculpted from premium, delicate performance fabrics. To ensure your return remains eligible for a refund, please handle items with absolute care:
- Clean Hands Only: Ensure your hands are clean and free of fresh fake tan, body lotions, or oils before unpacking.
- Nail Care: Take extra care when pulling garments on if you have long or sharp nails to avoid snagging or pulling the delicate fibers.
- Items returned with cosmetic marks, deodorant lines, tan stains, or fabric snags cannot be resold and will be refused a refund.
The Security Tag Rule
Please Note: Please try on garments carefully and keep all tags attached until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at leanqueenlifestyle@hotmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send your package back to us here in Scotland. Please note that customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail Tracked), as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible so we can resolve this issue quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our Scottish facility, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
